Attorney

Matt Fyock joined London Disability in 2017 and became Vice President of Disability Advocacy in 2019. In that role, he handles cases across the United States involving complex medical and non-medical issues, including federal court remands, Appeals Council appeals, benefit cessations, and SSI resource determinations.

Prior to joining London Disability, Matt worked for a large national Social Security disability advocacy company and, before that, he represented individuals subjected to unlawful discrimination and harassment in the workplace. Matt has dedicated his career to helping those in the most desperate need, and he considers his greatest professional achievements cases he has won for those who have been repeatedly and unjustly denied the benefits to which they are entitled.

Matt is a 2009 graduation of American University’s Washington College of Law and a 2006 graduate of York College of Pennsylvania. He is licensed in the state of Maryland, admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland and the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Fourth and Sixth Circuits, and authorized to represent Social Security claimants nationwide.

Graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 2008 and Albany Law School in 2012.

Mr. Vassallo’s goal as an attorney is to help those most in need and he enjoys helping clients navigate the complex Social Security disability system so they can access the benefits they deserve. His Social Security experience began in law school at the Albany Law School Health Law Clinic, helping low-income individuals throughout Upstate New York suffering from HIV/AIDS and cancer. He also interned at the Empire Justice Center in Albany New York, working to ensure all New Yorkers had equal and fair access to government benefits. Before joining London Disability, he worked in private practice, writing federal court appeals in Social Security cases, then as an attorney for the Social Security Administration and later the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Anthony Hoyle has helped people get their disability benefits since 2002. He is licensed to practice law in New York and Kentucky and has appeared at Social Security hearings across the United States and Puerto Rico. He is also a University of Kentucky College of Law graduate and has conducted continuing legal education presentations about topics in Social Security disability law.

Before he became an attorney, Mr. Hoyle salvaged and refinished furniture, and he has a long-standing professional and personal familiarity with the kinds of obstacles that injury or illness can create for working people, or for those who are without resources. It is always important, he believes, to ensure that the US Government understands the rights and needs of every disabled person.

In my four years as a Social Security disability attorney, I've had the pleasure of representing over 1,000 clients from around the country in hearings before Administrative Law Judges. Hearing from many of these clients how a favorable decision would help them provide for their families and ease their burden is what motivates me every day. Prior to working in disability law, I represented people in criminal defense, family law, and estate planning/probate matters, always with a focus on making their lives a little bit better than before.

I received from Bachelor of Arts in political science with honors from William Paterson University in 1998, and my Juris Doctorate from Barry University School of Law in 2006.

I have been practicing Social Security disability since 1997. I have advocated for numerous clients in many states. I am honored to have helped change the lives of so many people. I also have over 15 years experience in Maryland personal injury and workers' compensation law.

I graduated from the University of Michigan with degrees in Economics and Communications and from the George Washington National Law Center with honors. I am a member of the Maryland Bar and am admitted and qualified as an Attorney and Counselor of the Supreme Court of the United States.

Jessica Rochell White, known in her rural Florida town as the "Library Lady" for being an avid reader, earned a magna cum laude bachelor's degree in Advertising/Public Relations & Sociology from the University of Central Florida in 2011 and her juris doctor with Honors and Advocacy distinctions from Stetson University College of Law in 2021. During law school and FL Bar prep, Ms. White was a full-time FL certified law enforcement officer. Previously, Ms. White was an Assistant Head Librarian, Advertising/Public Relations Specialist, and FL HSMV Hearing Officer. After being sworn in as an attorney on her birthday, Ms. White practiced estate planning, family law, business and contract law, immigration law, criminal defense and post-conviction appellate law for a law firm in Daytona Beach, several non-profit organizations, Legal Zoom, and her own virtual book-based library lady law practice. Driven by a deep passion for justice, Ms. White is committed to guiding her clients to a stronger and more secure position than when their story began.

Isabelle Sturgill joined London Disability in 2024. Prior to London Disability she clerked for the Honorable Julia A. Martz-Fisher. She received her bachelor’s from Ohio Wesleyan University in business administration, and her Juris Doctorate from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law. Isabelle finds the practice of law challenging, with something new to learn every day and she enjoys these aspects very much. Isabelle is often inspired by her family’s longstanding and unwavering commitment to improving the lives of others, and she aspires to do the same through her representation.
